All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Warranty

Sunbrella® fabric has a 5 year limited warranty which protects against the fabric becomming unserviceable due to colour or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions.

Returns

The Outdoor Bean Bag Company offers a 100% money back guarantee - if you don't like the bean bag send it back no questions asked. All returns must be in their original condition including all labels, protective packaging and returned within seven days of having received the goods. All we ask is that you cover the return freight costs.

Privacy

Your personal information is safe with us. We will not pass on any information without your consent to persons outside of our organisation.

Payment

We accept payment via paypal (NZ Aust) or direct credit (NZ only).

Christmas Delivery

Subject to availability of fabric.

Orders will be couriered no later than 18 December.

The Outdoor Beanbag Company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier company.
